This Privacy Policy explains how Unstuck ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information. Email address and authentication identifiers when you sign up or sign in.
  • Search queries. The processes and questions you submit to our AI-powered search.
  • Payment information. Processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage data. Pages visited, features used, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from IP.
  • Cookies. Used to keep you signed in and to understand site usage.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information to operate and improve the Service, to generate AI-powered guides in response to your queries, to process payments, to communicate with you, and to keep the Service secure.

4. AI Processing

Search queries are sent to third-party AI and search providers to produce your results. Do not submit sensitive personal information you do not want processed by these providers.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Their handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

6. Sharing

We share information only with service providers necessary to run Unstuck (hosting, database, AI, payments, analytics), when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of Unstuck and its users.

7. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services to operate Unstuck:

  • Perplexity AI. We use Perplexity AI to process search queries and generate AI-powered guides. Your queries are sent to Perplexity in order to produce results.
  • Stripe. All payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles your payment information directly; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. Their use of your data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
  • Google. We offer Google sign-in as an authentication option. If you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address, and profile information with us in accordance with Google's privacy policy.

8. Your Choices

You can update or delete your account at any time. You may also request a copy of your data or its deletion by contacting us.

9. Data Retention & Security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

10. Children

Unstuck is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date at the top of this page.
