By accessing or using Unstuck (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.

3. The Service

Unstuck provides AI-generated guides summarizing government and bureaucratic processes. The Service is offered for general informational purposes only and is not legal, tax, immigration, medical, or other professional advice. Always verify steps against official sources.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid features are billed through Stripe. Prices, billing intervals, and refund policies are disclosed at checkout. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the amounts shown.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer it.
  • Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate the rights of others.
  • Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by Unstuck and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unstuck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Unstuck operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
